SPLT is a personal development program where young professionals develop personal leadership skills and reflect on the answers to the questions, Who am I? What do I want? What am I capable of? and How can I contribute to the organization?
Providing personal development opportunities to make an impact is a key attraction point for the emerging workforce. And the program creates that spark in them.
Turn insight into action. We equip young talents with practical, in-demand skills that employers value, for example:
Spark Personal Leadership Training delivers strong cost–benefit value to organizations by reducing the effort and risk associated with talent acquisition and development. Combined with flexible engagement models such as direct payrolling (EOR: Employer of Record), and ongoing coaching and mentoring, the program enables organizations to develop capable talent efficiently.
SPLT will primarily be conducted within the region as an in-person program. Delivering the training locally helps strengthen each trainee’s connection to the region and fosters meaningful networking with fellow participants.
The cost of the SPLT is designed to be competitive and comparable to the going rates of traditional employment agencies. However, Spark offers much more than placement: it’s an investment in long-term talent, combining leadership training, tailored support, and real value creation for your organization from day one.
The size of each Spark Traineeships group may vary, but we will typically work with 10–15 trainees at a time — small enough for personal support, big enough for diverse perspectives and peer learning.
Spark creates a proposal and presents it to the organization.
