At Spark, we believe that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about mindset, self-awareness, and the ability to grow with others. That’s why every Spark Trainee takes part in our Personal Leadership Program: a hands-on, human-centered journey that helps you build the insights and skills you need to thrive in today’s work environment.
The Spark personal leadership program typically includes 6–9 training sessions. The exact number and focus of sessions are tailored to the needs of both the trainee and the organization. The program combines personal coaching, group reflection, and practical modules focused on insights (e.g. self-awareness and personal values) and skills (e.g. communication, time management, and AI readiness).
The personal leadership training will be held primarily within the region, in inspiring and lesser-known locations that offer a fresh perspective and an element of surprise. Organizing the training locally is a deliberate choice to strengthen each trainee’s connection to the region—helping them see its potential not just as a place to work, but as a place to grow and belong.
The cost of the Spark program is designed to be competitive—comparable to the going rates of traditional employment agencies. However, Spark offers much more than placement: it’s an investment in long-term talent, combining leadership training, tailored support, and real value creation for your organization from day one.
Trainees will work with a mix of inspiring colleagues: their host organization team, a dedicated Spark coach, a personal buddy, and a group of fellow trainees — creating a supportive network that grows with them every step of the way.
The size of each Spark Traineeships group may vary, but we will typically work with 10–15 trainees at a time — small enough for personal support, big enough for diverse perspectives and peer learning.
