Our Approach
Our mission is to address key challenges such as demographic shifts, Aging population, integration into the workforce, urban migration and lack of inclusivity. skill gaps, and workforce retention particularly in non-metropolitan areas, like Päijät-Häme. Difference Between Internship And Traineeship
Intership
- Usually during studies
- Gain general work experience

Thesis Work

Personal Leadership Program
