Spark Traineeships Oy is a Finnish company dedicated to building stronger connections between young professionals and the working world. We specialize in creating high-quality traineeship programs combined with personal leadership development, tailored to meet the needs of both Generation Z talent and modern employers.

Our mission is to address key challenges such as demographic shifts, Aging population, integration into the workforce, urban migration and lack of inclusivity. skill gaps, and workforce retention particularly in non-metropolitan areas, like Päijät-Häme. Through close collaboration with public and private sector organizations, we co-create meaningful traineeships that offer real work experience, personal growth opportunities with our personal leadership program, and clear pathways to long-term employment.
