Internship vs. Traineeship

Traineeships may seem similar to common practices like summer or thesis work, but they differ significantly in purpose, duration, structure, compensation, and outcomes. The table below highlights these key differences.

What Is Personal Leadership Training

Personal leadership training focuses on personal coaching, trilateral and buddy meetings, and reflection in a safe environment.
