We are now looking for 5-10 enthusiastic organizations in Päijät-Häme region to participate in the pilot of our
Personal Leadership Development Program. Each organization may nominate 1-2 participants for this pilot — we
especially hope that the participants in your organization are young professionals who would benefit from
strengthening their personal leadership.

The pilot includes four modules, each covering a key theme of personal leadership: 

• Communication and Collaboration
• Personal leadership and Influence
• Career Development and Employability
• Self-awareness

This is a unique opportunity for a young professional in your organization to gain a practical and comprehensive
development experience — completely free of charge.

We expect participants to commit to attending all four modules and to actively provide feedback on the content
to support the development of the program.

What does the pilot include?

• Four modules each 2 – 3 hours covering essential personal leadership themes
• The program is delivered either in English or Finnish, depending on the participants
• 1-2 participant per organization
• Conducted either in person or online
• Held during March–April, according to a separately agreed schedule
